1360 Automatic Tool Changer Router

Vacuum Absorption:
The table has a 1-inch thick phenolic vacuum table surface mounted onto the steel base frame, keeping a rigid and consistent platform for your sheets and parts to be supported. The whole table is divided into 6 areas, and the switch can control one of the areas to work, which is more stable.

Electricals: All the core electrical components are located in the integral control cabinet at the front of the equipment. This greatly saves floor space.

 

 

Buckle fixed: The table is also equipped with a T-slot, which can be fixed with a clamp for small materials.

Power Supported: 2.2KW/3.5KW/4.5KW/6KW and other power, suitable for the international standard ISO and F63.

Cooling Mode: Air Cooled and Water Cooled.

Linear Guideways
Designed with load capacity and rigidity higher than other similar products with circular-arc grooves and structure optimization. It features equal load ratings in the radial, reverses radial and lateral directions, and self-aligning to absorb installation error. The H series linear guideways can achieve a long life with high speed, high accuracy and smooth linear motion.

Helical Rack
There are 2 to 2.5 teeth for occlusal touch, the touch surface is large, the single point load is small, and compared with straight teeth, it has the advantages of low noise, large touch surface, and relatively large load torque.

ON-LINE→MACH3:
This system operates for CNC routers through the computer or laptop. It is easy to operate, easy to maintain, stable performance and low price.

OFF-LINE→DSP:
Work offline, completely separated from the computer during the process, machine directly controlled by a handle. Recovery breakpoint functions.

Another advantage of a shimpo reducer is that it reduces environmental pollution since it lowers the amount of gas emitted by fossil fuel.

It can greatly improve the tool setting efficiency in CNC machining.
When the stroke is exceeded, it will sound an alarm.
Automatic detection of tool damage: If the tool is damaged or broken, the machine will automatically stop running and issue a warning.
Automatic tool wear compensation: Once the tool head wear is detected, the relevant program can be corrected to ensure the accuracy of the workpiece.
