Description

Linear Guideways

Designed with load capacity and rigidity higher than other similar products with circular-arc grooves and structure optimization. It features equal load ratings in the radial, reverses radial and lateral directions, and self-aligning to absorb installation error. The H series linear guideways can achieve a long life with high speed, high accuracy and smooth linear motion.

Helical Rack

There are 2 to 2.5 teeth for occlusal touch, the touch surface is large, the single point load is small, and compared with straight teeth, it has the advantages of low noise, large touch surface, and relatively large load torque.

The helical design allows multiple teeth to be in contact simultaneously, distributing the load more evenly and resulting in smoother motion. This characteristic reduces wear and extends the service life of the rack and pinion system. Additionally, helical racks are known for their ability to handle higher speeds and loads compared to straight-cut gear racks.

High-performance vector inverter adopts DSP control system to complete the optimized speed sensorless vector control and V/F control, with richer functions, more flexible application and more stable performance.

Offers multiple brands: Folinn, Delta, Omron, Siemens.

ON-LINE→MACH3:

This system operates for CNC routers through the computer or laptop. It is easy to operate, easy to maintain, stable performance and low price.

OFF-LINE→DSP:

Work offline, completely separated from the computer during the process, machine directly controlled by a handle. Recovery breakpoint functions.

  • Automatic detection of tool damage: If the tool is damaged or broken, the machine will automatically stop running and issue a warning.
